Healthy cooking
Hybrid stainless is the honest nonstick.
Most nonstick is a coating that wears off into your food. The hybrid surface works the other way: a laser-etched steel lattice carries the sear while the recessed nonstick below it stays protected from your spatula. You get stainless browning and a thirty-second cleanup from the same pan, without PFOA or PFOS anywhere in the build.
- Free from PFOA and PFOS
- Steel lattice takes metal utensils without a scratch
- Sears like stainless, wipes clean like nonstick
- Oven safe and dishwasher safe
Built for every stove
Tri-ply to the rim, induction to the core.
Every piece is clad three layers thick from the cooking surface to the rim: steel for strength, aluminum for even heat, steel again for the stove. No hot spots at the edge of the pan, no warped bases, and a magnetic bottom that works on induction, gas, electric, ceramic and glass alike.
- Full tri-ply clad body, not a bonded disc
- Works on all cooktops including induction
- Stay-cool riveted steel handles
- Tempered glass lids with steam vents

What Makes Us Different
Making Cookware Since 1983
Four decades of pots and pans from one factory floor, refined batch after batch before hybrid ever reached a store shelf.
The Hybrid Original
The laser-etched steel lattice is our signature surface: stainless searing on top, protected nonstick below.
Cook On Anything
Induction, gas, electric, ceramic or glass: the tri-ply magnetic base heats evenly on every stove you own.
Metal-Utensil Safe
Scrape, flip and whisk with steel. The raised lattice takes the contact so the nonstick underneath never has to.
How a COOKER KING pan is made.
Four stages between a sheet of steel and the pan on your stove, each one checked before the next begins.
Clad & press
Steel, aluminum and steel are bonded into one tri-ply sheet, then pressed into a body clad to the rim rather than capped with a disc.
Etch the lattice
A laser cuts the raised steel honeycomb into the cooking surface, the signature that lets a nonstick pan take metal utensils.
Fill & cure
The recessed cells are filled with a PFOA and PFOS free nonstick and cured, sitting just below the steel so a spatula never touches it.
Rivet & check
Stay-cool handles are riveted, lids fitted, and every batch has pieces pulled for sear, release and dishwasher testing.
The people behind the pans.
A small team with long habits: test on a hot stove, listen to the reviews, answer the mail.
Wei Lin
Has run the pan line since the nineties. The hybrid lattice spacing is his: wide enough to sear, tight enough to protect.
Maria Bennett
Reads the American reviews and turns them into spec changes, from handle angles to lid vents.
James Chen
Owns the clad recipe and the cure schedule. His rule: if the base warps, the batch never ships.
Sofia Reyes
Runs the spare-lids desk and answers every question about ovens, stoves and the dishwasher, usually the same day.
In real kitchens.
Photographed where the cookware actually lives: over flames, under broilers, in the sink.

What the reviews keep saying.
First pan I have owned that browns a steak properly and still rinses clean. I use a metal fish spatula on it daily and the surface looks new.

12" Hybrid Frying Pan
The 7-piece set replaced a drawer of mismatched pans. Even heat on my induction hob, oven safe, and the lids actually fit each other.

7-Piece Cookware Set
The wok gets properly hot and tosses well for a flat-bottom. One star off only because I wish the lid were sold separately too.
